The fourth UST of capacity <br /> 250 gallons was used to store waste oil All four USTs were removed and <br /> appropriately disposed by UHI during July 1990 ETS Environmental & <br /> Associates (ETS), consultant to UHL conducted preliminary investigation which <br /> included drilling and installing three monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-2 and MW- <br /> 3) ETS submitted a Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report (PIER), <br /> 1 I, <br />
