In u ollmc lir it <br /> Rilit(h11 1 i�ibihI% Ii I R,pot i hi�in 2, 100 <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> ' This report documents the procedures and findings of the groundwater and remedial well installation <br /> program and the results of remedial feasibility testing conducted at U-Haul Facility #709-50 (the site) <br /> located at 2701 North Wilson Way in Stockton, California (Figure 1) Blaes Environmental <br /> Management, Inc (Blaen Environmental)conducted the well installation and remedial testing program at <br /> ' the request of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services — Environmental Health Division (SJC) <br /> and the authorization of Amerco Real Estate Company/U-Haul International, Inc (Amerco/U-Haul) <br /> ' The objective of the groundwater monitoring well installation program was to further delineate the <br /> lateral extent of hydrocarbons in groundwater The objective of the remedial testing program was to <br /> evaluate potential remedial options that are technically feasible and cost effective for the abatement of <br /> hydrocarbons in the soil and groundwater Remedial testing included a soil vapor extraction (VE) test, a <br /> groundwater air sparging (AS) test, a biofeasibility analysis of soil and groundwater samples, and an <br /> ' aquifer pump test Results of remedial testing will be utilized to prepare a remedial action plan (RAP) <br /> for approval by the SJC <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> ' 1 <br />
