The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for QUICKI KLEEN CAR WASH as of May06 , 2020 . Open violations from October 30, 2019 inspection Violation #105 - Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan . The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD . -On the monitoring plan for the 91 tank , the mechanical Line Leak detector model information is blank . -On the monitoring plans for all tanks , the people mentioned under " personnel responsibilities" are not current. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) . Immediately log into CERS , make the necessary changes , and submit for review by the EHD . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #202 - Failure to maintain the " Facility Employee Training Certificate" on-site (after October 1 , 2018 ) . No training log was available for designated operator training . All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if after October 1 , 2018 , or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1 , 2018 . The Facility Employee Training Certificate shall contain accurate information for all employees trained.
