Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed <br /> "Monitoring Well Installation and Quarterly Report — First Quarter 2004" dated <br /> June 7, 2004, prepared by Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. for the above <br /> referenced site. The report documents soil and groundwater contamination at <br /> the site and recommends initiation of a quarterly ground water monitoring <br /> program and further definition of the extent of the contamination at the site. <br /> EHD directs that quarterly ground water monitoring be conducted. The necessity <br /> of further contaminant definition in the soil and groundwater will be evaluated <br /> after further information is provided from the groundwater monitoring. <br /> Morrow Surveying surveyed the elevation at the top of the well casings ("z" <br /> coordinate) and the latitude and longitude ("x and y" coordinates) on March 3, <br /> 2004, for all site wells.
