Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> On July 23, 2002, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> approved a "Revised Work Plan Addendum-July 2002" dated July 17, 2002, prepared by <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. The work plan proposed 7 soil borings (3 of the borings were <br /> part of an environmental assessment)and installation of three monitoring wells. The <br /> environmental assessment geoprobe borings (B1-B3) and one geoprobe boring (134)related to <br /> the underground storage tank (UST) leak investigation were completed on October 17, 2002. <br /> The remaining work proposed was not completed until 2004. On January 29, 2004, two . <br /> monitoring wells were installed on site. On February 3, 2004, a monitoring well was installed off <br /> site. On February 17, 2004, a geoprobe boring (135)was advanced on site and on February 18, <br /> 2004, a geoprobe boring (B6)was advanced off site. It was decided that the seventh boring was <br /> not to be completed. <br /> A report on the UST leak investigative work that was performed in October 2002, January 2004 <br /> and February 2004 has not been submitted to EHD to date. A report on this work should be <br /> submitted immediately to EHD. Also, all laboratory analytical data is to be electronically <br /> transmitted to GeoTracker—the State Water Resources Control Board database program. This <br /> is required by Water Code Section 13196, California Code of Regulations Section 2729.1 and is <br /> commonly referred to as AB 2886.
