Installation of seven soil borings,three groundwater monitoring wells and collection of soil samples and <br /> water samples. One of the soil borings will be continuously sampled to obtain a more complete lithologic <br /> profile. <br /> 2. Laboratory analysis of soil and water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons,BTEX,volatile organic <br /> compounds and lead. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A sufficient number of soil samples must be collected and analyzed from each of the borings to provide <br /> the data to show the lateral and vertical extent of soil contamination above and below groundwater. <br /> 2. Current depth to water at this site should be approximately 40 feet below surface grade and the monitoring <br /> well screens should intersect first water. <br /> 3. One of the borings and one of the monitoring wells appear to be on City of Stockton property. Submit to <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)a copy of the encroachment permit from <br /> the City of Stockton for these wells. <br /> 4. An EHD well permit application has been submitted for the on site wells.
