Wilson Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> has reviewed the Preliminary Environmental Assessment for the above referenced site <br /> dated December 14, 1998, prepared by Upgradient Environmental Consultants. A soil <br /> sample was collected in a boring at 15 feet below surface grade in the location of a <br /> previously removed Underground Storage Tank. Soil sample results evidenced <br /> concentrations of Total Purgeable Hydrocarbon in soil at 4,890 parts per million (ppm), <br /> Toluene at 236 ppm, Ethylbenzene at 110 ppm, and Xylene at 433 ppm. <br /> A Work Plan to investigate the lateral and vertical extent of contamination at this site is <br /> required by PHS/EHD.
