Lots of dead ones on floors. Last visit from pest control was <br />04/14/16. Pest control shall be at least every 2 weeks. All dead bodies shall be removed on a routine basis to prevent further <br />re -infestation. Bin was on the floor. Thaw under refrigeration, cold running water, <br />microwave or part of cooking process. Never leave food on floor. Shall be 6 inches off floor. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity <br />to flush loose particles in microwave oven during the cooking process. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
