The covered secondary containment was blocked by a 275 gallon used oil tank. <br />Adequate aisle space shall be maintained to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel, fire protection, spill <br />control equipment, and decontamination equipment to all areas of facility operation in an emergency. Immediately <br />maintain aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel, fire protection, spill control equipment, and <br />decontamination equipment to any area of facility operation in an emergency. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />406 <br />CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied. <br />Near the used oil storage area, 15 purple and 3 black 55 gallon drums were observed without an empty date. In <br />addition, there were empty 55 gallon drums and 275 gallon totes observed throughout the facility without an empty <br />date. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date <br />they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty <br />containers per this section. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />In the lab: <br />-One 5 gallon bucket containing Coulamat A was incorrectly labeled as EZ COD Vials. The hazardous properties <br />was labeled according to the EZ COD Vials. <br />-One 5 gallon bucket containing EZ COD was observed with a hazardous waste label missing the accumulation <br />start date, hazardous properties, physical state, the words "hazardous waste", and the name and address of the <br />generator. <br />Near the used oil storage area: <br />-One purple 55 gallon poly drum containing used oil (3/4 full) was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />-One black 55 gallon steel drum containing oily debris (1/4 full) was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />-One purple 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil (full) was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />-One purple 55 gallon poly drum containing used oil (1/2 full) was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />-One white 55 gallon poly drum containing used oil (1/4 full) was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br />information. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />FA0019299 PR0528381 SCO01 12/06/2018 <br />EHD 22-01 Rev. 09/22/16 Page 7 of 8 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br />
