Appendix A <br /> Site Safety Plan <br /> June , 2020 <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> Proiect : Pacific Car Wash <br /> Temporary Closure & Car Wash Fuel Piping Removal <br /> 4415 Pacific Ave . , Stockton , California 95207 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> This Site Safety Plan ( SSP ) delineates the basic safety requirements for the Temporary <br /> Closure & Car Wash Fuel Piping Removal work to be performed at the property located at <br /> the above address . <br /> Work at the site consists of: <br /> • Obtain the CUPA permit required for this work . <br /> • Remove and dispose of the two car wash fuel dispensers . <br /> • Blow all residual fuel in the product lines back to the tanks using compressed <br /> nitrogen gas . <br /> • Disconnect all product and vapor piping at the STP sumps and cap lines . <br /> • Rinse , clean and inert two (2 ) UST' s . Owner to dispose of all residual fuel prior to rinse . <br /> • Haul and dispose of all rinsate using a licensed hazardous waste hauler and disposal <br /> facility . Provide all manifests . <br /> • Secure tank fills as required by permit agency . <br /> • Sawcut , remove and dispose of all drive slab and tank slab concrete as required to <br /> expose all existing fuel piping . <br /> • Uncover all piping and UDC ' s and stockpile all pea gravel material on site for reuse . <br /> Remove and properly dispose of all FRP product piping , vapor piping and UDC ' s . <br /> Rebuild the STP sump piping to accommodate the new configuration . <br /> • Remove and repair all unused STP sump penetration fittings . <br /> • Obtain the required soil samples . Provide lab analysis and a report to the agency . <br /> • Backfill all excavations with the stockpiled materials . <br /> • Restore all concrete removed for this work . Includes new tank STP , TLM and annular <br /> manways . All new concrete to match existing thicknesses with #4 rebar at 18 " each <br /> way . <br /> • Provide all required tank , line and SB989 Testing for the remaining fuel system . <br /> • Prepare tanks for fuel delivery at completion of store work and activation of monitoring <br /> system . <br /> 3900 Commerce Dr. , West Sacramento, CA 95691 Walton Engineering <br /> Walton -31010465 . ssp 1 <br />
