In order to get an <br />exception report for these manifests, send to DTSC a copy of each generator signed manifest and a statement <br />that the designated facility signed copy was not received by the generator. DTSC address is DTSC Report <br />Repository, Generator Information Services Section, PO Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806.
