In order to resolve the remaining 3 violations I need some more <br />information. <br /> <br />· Violation #110- The copies of uniform manifest 003038602GBF, 006108479GBF, 003038632GBF, and <br />003639475GBF sent to the EHD were not signed by the designated facility. In addition, a copy of the uniform <br />manifest 003732299GBF was not provided to the EHD.
