3 <br />· Violation #111- The copies of uniform manifest 003038602GBF, 006108479GBF, and 003038632GBF sent to <br />the EHD were not signed by the designated facility. <br />If you are unable to obtain a copy signed by the designated facility, you must apply for an exception from <br />DTSC. <br />I did some digging and was able to find a designated facility signed copy of uniform manifests 003639475GBF <br />and 003732299GBF. See attached files.
