The containers <br /> were: The 55 gallon drum of used oil was lacking a hazardous waste label and the 55 gallon drum of waste fuel was <br /> missing the accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by October 16th, 2019 . <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
