Additionally UHWM <br /> number 003732299GBF was not found on site <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> (a) A generator who does not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator <br /> of the designated facility within 35 days of the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter shall contact the <br /> transporter and/or the owner or operator of the designated facility to determine the status of the hazardous waste. <br /> (c)A hazardous waste generator who does not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the <br /> owner or operator of the facility to which the generator's waste is submitted, within 60 days from the date that the <br /> hazardous waste was accepted by the initial transporter, shall submit to the department a legible copy of the <br /> manifest, with some indication that the generator has not received confirmation of delivery. <br /> (d) Generators shall submit the information to the department at: DTSC Report Repository, Generator Information <br /> Services Section, P.O. Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the destination facility signed manifests and send a copy to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). If the destination facility signed manifests cannot be <br /> found then send to DTSC a copy of each generator signed manifest and a statement that the designated facility <br /> signed copy was not received by the generator. DTSC address is DTSC Report Repository, Generator Information <br /> Services Section, PO Box 806, Sacramento, CA 95812-0806. Provide a corrective action statement to the EHD <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 602 CCR 66262.34(e)(1)(B) Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 180 days after fill date. <br /> OBSERVATION: Satellite hazardous waste containers were observed stored on-site for too many days. The <br /> following containers were observed: Metal fines generated from blade sharpening have the accumulation start date <br /> of 12/2015. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 180 days after the <br /> container was filled, or a total of one year, whichever comes first. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in compliance with Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations.
