This is a minor violation. 113 CCR 2638(c), 2638(d) Failure to submit "Monitoring System Certification Form" within 30 days of completion of the test. A monitoring system certification, and leak detector testing were performed on 8/30/18. The test results were required to be submitted by 9/30/18 . The test report was submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) on 11/6/18, 37days late. The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was not found on site/CERS. This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form for this facility. This is a minor violation. 121 CCR 2712(f) Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. An inspection was last done on 8/30/18 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 9/30/18. This information has not been received. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
