It was <br /> unclear if the filters are being disposed of as hazardous waste. Any person who generates a waste shall determine <br /> if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the spent paint booth <br /> filters and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for August 2016 through August 2019 were not <br /> found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and <br /> all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for August 2016 through August 2019 were not found on site. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit <br /> copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 203 HSC 25189.5(c)Transported or caused transportation of hazardous waste to an unauthorized point. <br /> Waste paint is taken to Arrow Signs located at 1051 46th Avenue in Oakland, CA for disposal. The Oakland Arrow <br /> Signs is not a permitted TSDF. The SDS for the paint had a flash point of 80 degrees F.
