Generator name and address, physical state and hazardous properties were unreadable. <br /> -One red metal approximately 35 gallon drum of acetone rags was observed outside the paint room without a <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black metal square container of waste acetone/paint was observed without a hazardous waste label in the <br /> paint room. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by September 16, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152). No metal fines(<100 microns)were observed during the inspection. Metal chips(>100 <br /> microns)were observed. Discussed metal fines with Production Manager, Dan Woodson.
