Table 2 lists names , addresses , and phone numbers ( business and cell) of personnel qualified to act as the Emergency Coordinator, The Emergency Coordinator, is on -site or on -call at all times to manage emergency response measures in the event of a fire , explosion , or any unplanned or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents . The Emergency Coordinator has the authority to commit the resources necessary to carry out the contingency plan .
