PHS HD was represented by Margaret Lagorio and <br /> Mary Meays. The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate progress and to establish schedules for future work at <br /> the above noted sites. <br /> 22 East Market <br /> The monitoring well was destroyed on June 14, 199 . Closure issuance is pending the disposal of lead <br /> contaminated soil cuttings. Jim Escobar stated that ithin the next two weeks, the soil will be disposed <br /> at Forward Inc and disposal documentation submitte to PHS/EHD. <br /> Fontana Drive at Smith Canal <br /> Groundwater monitoring and free product removal is ongoing. <br /> 110 West Sonora <br /> Groundwater monitoring will continue at this site. <br /> 2500 Navy Drive <br /> The work plan dated June 18, 1996 was approved d a driIIing permit issued. Evidently, COS <br /> Municipal Utilities staff(D. Hinson) had some questions regarding the proposed work. Bob Murdoch <br /> will prepare correspondence to Morris Allen request' g a response within two weeks. Bob Murdoch <br /> will then provide PHS/EHD an update on scheduling the approved field activities. <br /> Argonne and Picardy/Victory Park <br /> The work plan dated June 6, 1996 was approved and a destruction permit issued. PHS/EHD stated that <br /> once the monitoring well was destroyed and documentation for the disposal of the excavated soil was <br /> submitted that closure would be issued.
