Washington ) <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> I <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the "Final Report and Request For <br /> Site Closure" dated January, 1995 , prepared by William J. Hunter <br /> and Associates for the above referenced site . <br /> PHS/EHD concurs that no further investigation or remediation of the <br /> underground storage tank area is required at this site . There is <br /> no evidence that groundwater has been impacted and the contaminated <br /> soil has been removed. The monitoring well l�must` be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection of PHS/EHD.
