1 SAMPLING PROTOCOL FOR ROUTINE TANK REMOVALS e following represents minimum sampling criterion required for closure compliance Soil samples collected shall be epresentative of native soils beneath the tank's invert (tank's bottom) at a collection depth not to exceed 2 - 4 feet.
