I. duPont de <br />Nemours and Company, Inc (DuPont). The purpose of the testing was to <br />estimate hydraulics characteristics beneath the site. The specific tests <br />performed by Exceltech at this site included a 12 -hour constant -discharge <br />test and a 9 -hour recovery test. T he results of these tests were used by <br />DuPont to ascertain recovery well yield, a zone of drawdown, and a capture <br />zone extent estimate. It is our understanding that the information obtained <br />as a result of these tests will be used in the remediation design required by <br />the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB). <br />2.0 <br />The site is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Washington <br />Street and Sinclair Avenue in Stockton, California. Exceltech was requested <br />
