MAR C6 '6e 22:41 EXCEL' -i/SF P.B
Econo Station EXCELTECN March 6, 1988
Page 6 Project No. 2419D
4,0 DAT AULL-YOU
The test information collected was analyzed using the Jacob (1963) straight
line method. Drawdowns were adjusted prior to plotting using the Jacob
(1963) method because significant pumping drawdowns occurred. Calculated
transmissivlties for the aquifer using this method vary from 5,720 to 8,689
gallons per foot per day (gpf/day). Calculated storage coefficients range
from 0.0023 to 0.0058. Adjustments to initial drawdowns on the log -log
graphs were performed due to initial pumping rate flucuations. These
adjustments were calculated using the method of Cooper and Jacob (1946).
Based on aquifer tests conducted at this site, in our opinion an average
W transmissivity of 7,000 may be estimated. The cone of depression produced
during the constant -discharge test affected most of the site after
approximately 12 hours. The observation well furthest from MW -14 (MW -8)
was influenced after pumping for approximately 10 minutes at a 26 gpm rate.
