Failing to detennine, at each Enjoined Facility., whether each item or <br />product received or generated at that Facility is a waste, and if so, whether it is a "liazaAlous <br />waste," as required by California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 66262,11 [Hazardous <br />Waste Determination]. <br />ca.!. Failing to manage every hem of hazardous waste that is generated at any <br />Enjoined Facility, as required by Chapter 65 of Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code and <br />Its implementing regulations in the California Code of Regulations, title 22. <br />4.3,m. Failing to maintain a program for the lawful storage,handling and <br />-accumulation of hazardous waste, end:for the lawful segregation of hazardous waste that is in <br />leaking containers, at each Enjoined Facility, as required by Health and Safety Code section <br />25123.3 and California Code of Regulations, title 22, sections 66262.34 [Accutinilation Time], <br />66265.113 [Management of Containers) and 66265.177 [Special Requirements for Incompatible <br />Wastes]. <br />4.3,n, Failing to comply with employee-training, obligations required by <br />California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 66265.16 [Personnel Training], pertaining to the <br />management of hazardous. waste, <br />4.3.e.
