PHS/EHD has the following <br />comments for your consideration. <br />Thank you for commencing quarterly monitoring as requested. The next quarterly monitoring should be <br />scheduled by May 20, L992. Submit the second quarter 1992 monitoring i port by June 22, 1992. <br />1# <br />Efforts to gain access to monitoring wells MWA and MW-4 should' be continued. <br />If the monitoring wells are still dry, a work plan for the installation of at least three additional monitoring <br />wells should be submitted with the second quarter 1992 monitoring report by June 22, 1992. <br />7 it <br />As noted in the quarterly report, wells that were accessible, MW-2'and MW-3, were capped with non - <br />locking PVC slide-on caps. Immediately replace these caps with expandable locking caps and locks and <br />notify PHS/EHD when this has been accomplished.
