Scott Baldwin- of ,SSB - - <br />Environmental Consultants, Inc. examined the wells at the <br />captioned site. It is my understanding as set forth in the <br />report that you also were present at the site when this <br />inspection took place. I enclose for your information the <br />report of findings by Mr. Baldwin and Mr. David A. Shales, a <br />Principal of the firm. <br />Because the two wells that were opened (MW -2 and MW -3 <br />were dry), rt is likely that the other two wells also would <br />have been dry. On behalf of the landowner, we propose that <br />the wells be checked after the rainy season, on or before <br />June 30, 1992 to determine if the groundwater in the area <br />has come back into the wells.
