10.0 CCR Title 22. §66265,122,WL——Ancillary Equipment Protection <br /> (q) Ancillary equipment shall be supported and protected against physical damage and excessive stress due <br /> to settlement, vibration, expansion orcontraction. <br /> Piping is constructed of 3/4 inch reinforced rubber hose and 3/ & 1 inch metal piping with <br /> a gravity system transfer waste oil to the tank. The piping is satisfactorily connected to <br /> structural supports with the use of clamps. The piping and pneumatic pump is designed to <br /> be compatible with the materials they transfer. Structurally, the ancillary equipment should <br /> not be subject to damage during a moderate seismicevent. <br /> 11.0 CCR Title 22. §66265.192 (f)— Corrosion Protection <br /> 0 The owner or operator shall provide the type and degree of corrosion protection <br /> necessary, based on the information provided under subsection (a)(3) of this section, to <br /> ensure the integrity of the tank system during use of the tank system. The installation of a <br /> corrosion protection system that is field fabricated shall be supervised by an independent <br /> corrosion expert to ensure proper installation. <br /> The tank is constructed of steel with a corrosion resistant coating. The tank is designed to <br /> be compatible with the materials contained in the tank.The tank containment contains 110% <br /> of the volume of the inner tanks and is compatible with the pH of the liquids stored. <br /> The condition of the steel should be inspected to ensure there is no significant rusting. <br /> Should the signs of corrosion be identified we recommend application of a corrosion <br /> inhibitor coating or repair depending on the severity of the rusting. <br /> 12.0 CCR Title 22. §66265.192 (a) —Written Certification Statement <br /> (g) The owner or operator shall obtain and keep on file at the facility written statements by <br /> those persons required to certify the design of the tank system and supervise the installation <br /> of the tank system in accordance with the requirements of subsections (b) through (t) of this <br /> section to attest that the tank system was properly designed and installed and that repairs, <br /> pursuant to subsection (b) and(d) of this section were performed. These written statements <br /> shall also include the certification statement as required in section 66270.11(d) of this <br /> division. <br /> This document satisfies the "Written Certification Statement Requirement".
