The tank is adequately anchored. The tank is
rectangular in shape.
(2) design standard(s), if available, according to which the tank and ancillary equipment
were or will be constructed and all of the following information:
No design details were provided for the tank system other than the manufacturers cut sheet
for the AST.
(A) material of construction;
Double wall steel with a corrosion resistant coating.
(8) material thickness and the method used to determine the thickness;
Thickness of the primary steel tank is 10 gauge and the secondary tank is 10 gauge skin
per the manufacturers drawing.
(C) description of tank system piping (material, diameter);
3/4 inch reinforced rubber hose and % & 1 inch metal piping system that is connected to
the tank system and the liquids are transferred by gravity flow.
(D) description of any internal and external pumps;and
3/4 inch reinforced rubber hose and 3/ & 1 inch metal piping system is connected to the
tank system and the liquids are transferred by gravity flow. The piping and pump appear to
be liquid tight and in good condition.
(E) sketch or drawing of tank including dimensions.
Please refer to attached Figure 1.
(3)documented age of the tank system (if tank was previously used), ifavailable,
(otherwise, an estimate of the age);
Hazardous Waste Tank Assessment Report Martin Consulting
Oil Stop,301 W.
