Hazelton Avenue I Stockton, California 95205 1 T 209 468-3420 1 F 209 464-0138 1 www.sjcehd.com <br />Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />OILSTOP <br />301 W KETTLEMAN LN, LODI <br />July 15, 2019 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />601 <br />CCR 66262.34(a) Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br />Observed a white 55 gallon drum with used antifreeze in the hazardous waste storage area with the accumulation <br />start date 01/28/19. <br />Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br />Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of <br />the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />605 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />Observed a blue 5 gallon open container with used paper oil filters in the hazardous waste storage area lacking a <br />hazardous waste label. <br />Observed a white 55 gallon drum with used antifreeze lacking a hazardous waste property. <br />All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br />these containers have been on site longer than 90 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br />dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />608 <br />CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br />Observed four blue five gallon containers of used metal oil filters in the hazardous waste storage area lacking labels <br />and lids. <br />Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil <br />filters," and marked with an accumulation start date.
