Failing to maintain facilities to minimize the release of hazardous waste,as <br /> 4 required by Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, section 66262.34; <br /> 5 4.3.i. Failing to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas,as <br /> 6 required by Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, section 66265.174 and Title 40 of the <br /> 7 Code of Federal Regulations,section 265.174; <br /> 8 4.3.j. Failing to keep containers of hazardous waste closed, except when removing or <br /> 9 adding hazardous waste, as required by Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, section <br /> 10 66265.173; <br /> 11 4.3.k. Failing to maintain a program for the lawful storage, handling and <br /> 12 accumulation of hazardous waste, and for the lawful segregation of hazardous-waste items that are in <br /> 13 leaking containers, at each California Facility, as required by Health and Safety Code section 25123.3 <br /> 14 and Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations, sections 66262.34 [Accumulation Time], <br /> 15 66265.173 [Management of Containers] and 66265.177 [Special Requirements for Incompatible <br /> 16 Wastes]; <br /> 17 4.3.1. Failing to implement,maintain or submit to the unified program agency(as <br /> 18 defined in Health and Safety Code sections 25501 and 25502), a complete hazardous materials <br /> 19 business plan for each of the California Facilities, as required by Health and Safety Code sections <br /> 20 25505 and 25508 and Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations, section 2650 [Minimum <br /> 21 Standards for Business Plans]; <br /> 22 4.3.m. Failing to implement,maintain and comply with an employee training program <br /> 23 meeting the requirements of Health and Safety Code section 25505,subdivision(a)(4), and Title 19 <br /> 24 of the California Code of Regulations,section 2659 [Training],pertaining to hazardous materials and <br /> 25 business and area plans,including but not limited to Hazardous Materials Business Plans; <br /> 26 4.3.n.
