OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The tank forms state that the overfill is solely audible/visual alarm. The overfill prevention inspection report states the site is using ball floats. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 202 CCR 2715(c)(3), 2715(c)(4) Failure to maintain the"Facility Employee Training Certificate"on-site(after October 1, 2018). OBSERVATION: The Facility Employee Training Certificates are missing CERS ID, zip code, designated operator address, and designated operator phone number. REGULATION GUIDANCE:All site employees must be trained prior to taking responsibility as a facility employee if after October 1, 2018, or within 30 days of hire if prior to October 1, 2018. The Facility Employee Training Certificate shall contain accurate information for all employees trained. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Update the Facility Employee Training Certificate to contain the accurate information and submit a copy of the updated form to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports.The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: -The CERS ID and zip code is left blank. REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation.
