He <br /> stated that he can get documentation or a statement from Niles Rock <br /> acknowledging that they never worked together. He also stated that the additional <br /> analytical results he sent me, were from another analytical testing site. <br /> I asked if he can confirm if the dirt samples from the other analytical testing that he <br /> provided were used in the site located on 32003 S. SC 007 <br /> Email: AR.Imddirtmovers@gmail.com <br /> It contained the letter from Niles Rock. <br /> Letter was from Kevin Sandhu, CEO for Niles Rock Transport. <br /> The letter states that they did not haul off any dirt from 250 Catalpa Dr.,Atherton, <br /> California. <br /> I printed out the letter and email from Marisela. <br /> Added them to complaint folder. <br /> Page 7 of 15 <br />
