PE 2200 GAITAN 12 min Phone: (510)455-6399 SC 007 1 asked about the soil from 250 Catalpa Dr.,Atherton CA 94207 and what does his company do. He stated that his business finds dump sites for other businesses looking to remove soils or other aggregate material. He stated in this case his client hired him to look for a dump site for the dirt located on 250 Catalpa Dr. He reached out to LMD Dirt Movers requesting if he can use the quarry located on 32003 S. Tracy Blvd, Tracy Ca 95377. He provided the analytical results to Marisela Ramos, Office Administrator for LMD Dirt Movers. He stated that she rejected the soil due to the additional testing needed for the soil. I asked if what happened to the soil since it was rejected by LMD Dirt Movers. He stated that he could not find a dump site and gave responsibility back to the client that was looking to remove the soil. I asked who the client was. He stated that it was Graben construction Inc. I let him know that I may need to contact him again if more information is required.
