The service technician removed about 1 /4 cup of liquid from the 87 A STP sump, the 91 fill sump <br /> had trace amounts of water, and the additive fill sump had oily debris. I <br /> The liquid sensors located inside the 87 A product fill surnp and the 87 B product fill sump were rernoved and I <br /> placed in spill container prior to the arrival of the inspectors . Proper placement of sensors could not be verified <br /> upon the arrival of inspectors . } <br /> s <br /> Before inspection began , vacuum floats S13 and S14 in the 87 6 STP sump and the S17 in the 91 STP sump <br /> were "" placed as pant of preventive maintenance . A retrofit while inspector on site was filled out and given to site <br /> and contractor. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1 , 2014 , facility operators are required to upload the following UST progi ni <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) : UST Monitoring Site Plan , UST <br />' <br /> Certification rrifictttian of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan , UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br /> Applicable ) , and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance .
