Food facility operations — Call Vidal Pedraza at (209) 468-0334 for operating permit for opening the <br /> retail food facility. A consultation appointment may be needed. <br /> 14. The most current versions of all forms must be submitted. <br /> Also included is a list of our upcoming training classes offered to San Joaquin County businesses for FREE. <br /> Please consider attending one of these free hazardous waste or underground storage tank classes. <br /> The following is the required routine testing and outstanding items for your facility: <br /> 1. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were last <br /> performed on 4/5/2018. These tests are required once every 12 months. Make all necessary <br /> arrangements to schedule these tests and have these tests scheduled on a routine basis. <br /> 2. Secondary containment testing was conducted on 2/20/2018. Secondary containment testing is <br /> required once every 36 months, please make all necessary arrangements to have these tests <br /> scheduled on a routine basis. <br /> 3. The following violation has not been resolved and it is still outstanding: <br /> -HSC 25292.1 UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> Fuel filters were observed outside of all under dispenser containment at the facility. The underground storage <br /> tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases.
