On October 21, 2008, Ramage <br /> Environmental requested that EHD consider that the wells be over-drilled with 8-inch <br /> diameter augers to reduce waste generation. On October 21, 2008, via e-mail, EHD <br /> approved the variance. <br />` Thank you for your approval of our variance request.
