A CH2M HILL <br /> engineering technician performed in-place density testing at the site on December 2, 3, 4, 5, <br /> and 16, 1996. A CPN Model MC-3 gauge was used. The density testing was performed in <br /> general accordance with ASTM D 2922. Nuclear gauge density testing was performed at 24 <br /> locations. Twelve of these tests were located in the area of the compacted clay cap. The <br /> remaining 12 were located in the retention dam area. The testing is summarized in a <br /> technical memorandum provided in Appendix M. <br /> CIWMB 36 <br />
