The site will be <br /> turned over to the State of California for their use. A Notice of Termination (NOT) shall be <br /> provided to the Sacramento Regional Water Quality Control Board at that time. <br /> 500.6.7 Training <br /> Informal training will be conducted during new hire orientations and reinforced periodically in <br /> safety tailgate meetings. The following topics shall be discussed: <br /> ■ Erosion and sediment control BMP's <br /> ■ Non-storm water BMP's <br /> ■ Waste management and materials pollution control BMP's <br /> ■ Spill and containment procedures used at the site <br /> The WPCM and Project Engineer received training from the Safety & Compliance Director in the <br /> areas covered by this SWPPP. <br /> The SWPPP was prepared by Sukut Construction, Inc., Rick McCourt a Certified Safety <br /> Professional (CSP) and Certified Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST). <br /> 500.8 List of Subcontractors <br /> All subcontractors used for the project will be notified of the requirement for storm water <br /> management measures during the project. A list of subcontractors will be kept on file in the <br /> construction office. The Subcontractor Notification Log is included in the SWPPP as Attachment <br /> J. <br /> 500.9 Other Plans/ Permits <br /> Attachment N of the SWPPP includes copies of local, state and federal plans and permits <br /> required for the project. <br /> Prepared: April 12, 2003 <br />
