DRAFT <br /> 3. Fencing <br /> We will be installing about 600 linear feet of chain link fence and access gate to <br /> restrict access to the site as directed by the Engineer. <br /> 4. Parking <br /> Parking of employee vehicles will be located in the designated staging area. <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 1. Sukut Construction is not aware of any special permits other than the on-site <br /> permit to proceed, required for the completion of this project. <br /> 2. Notifications will be made to CIWMB to arrange a pre-construction meeting prior <br /> to the start of work at the site. It is anticipated that this project meeting will be <br /> set for December 4, 2000, our first scheduled day onsite. <br /> 3. Notification will also be made to Underground Service Alert, the local fire <br /> authority, and PG&E prior to the commencement of suppression activities. <br /> 4. Sanitation, Utilities and Traffic Control - A portable sanitation trailer will be <br /> provided on site and cleaned weekly or more often as needed. Drinking water <br /> will be made available from the Site Project Manager. Temporary utilities are <br /> anticipated, small tools, if needed, will be powered by generators. <br /> 5. The Site Project Manager will have on site an operable cellular and office <br /> telephone at all times during the suppression work. A contact list will be <br /> distributed to various personnel prior to start up. <br /> 6. Proper Emergency and Safety Equipment will remain on site in the Site Project <br /> Manager's pick up truck and/or the designated staging area. Safety equipment <br /> will include (at a minimum) a 20 Ib. ABC Fire extinguisher, shovels, potable <br /> water, decontamination facilities, and basic first aid supplies. <br /> 7. A daily log (Foreman Report) will be maintained which lists the number and <br /> classification of workers, equipment used, and will note any visitors to the site, <br /> weather conditions and other pertinent information. Logs will be delivered to the <br /> CIWMB representative at least once weekly. <br /> 8. Project sign(s) will be installed in accordance with the direction in the SIR. <br />
