DRAFT <br /> PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> I. Persons Responsible for Implementing Action at Site <br /> Site Project Manager: <br /> The Site Project Managers will be Scott Emery and/or King Bailey. Scott Emery <br /> and King Bailey are Haz/Mat 40 Hour certified as required by 29 CFR <br /> 1910.120(b) (4). <br /> A designated Project Manager will be on-site during all working hours. He will <br /> have a phone available at all times while on-site. The project manager will be <br /> responsible for the effective implementation of all safety requirements on-site. <br /> The Superintendent will be King Bailey, who will oversee the work area, direct <br /> the labor, equipment and any hauling, and will review specific project needs. He <br /> will continuously monitor the project for safe work practices and will direct any <br /> corrections required. <br /> II.Visitors <br /> Visitors to the job site shall receive Site Orientation training in accordance with <br /> this work plan and the Site Specific Health and Safety Plan. <br /> All visitors will be noted in the Site Project Manager's daily log book. <br /> III.Tire Fire Site Descriptions <br /> The Tracy Tire Fire Site is located In the vicinity of South MacArthur Road in the <br /> city of Tracy, California. The site is owned by the Royster Estate. The site is an <br /> abandoned gravel pit which was turned into a tire disposal facility. The <br /> surrounding area is an aggregate rock company/ gravel yard which is still <br /> operational. Waste consists of used oil filters, tires, steel belts, and old tire <br /> disposal equipment <br />
