Ms. Boraston will be onsite approximately 2 days per week which <br /> includes attending the Wednesday weekly project meetings. In addition, an onsite Field <br /> Technician will be responsible for the collection of all employee exposure monitoring <br /> data during the remediation activities. <br /> SBES reports to LFR and is responsible for assuring on-site health and safety with regards <br /> to the chemical hazards found at the site. These include: <br /> 4- Assures that health and safety procedures in effect are in compliance with all <br /> appropriate federal, state as specified in this Site Specific HSP; <br /> Assures appropriate training of all onsite employees and subcontractors; <br /> 4- Maintenance of personnel exposure monitoring records; <br /> 4- Maintenance of site perimeter monitoring records; <br /> Maintenance of weather station monitoring records; <br /> Assesses if personal protective equipment is adequate for pre-determined on- <br /> site conditions. <br /> 1.4.2.1 Field Portable Ana!ytical (FPA] <br /> Field Portable Analytical Services (FPAj will be performing direct reading air <br /> monitoring for air quality on an intermittent basis during the Tracy Tire Fire <br /> Remediation Project. Specific locations will be monitored and will include on- <br /> site as well as perimeter locations. In addition, FPA will also be responsible for <br /> installing and monitoring, a Novel 110 WS14 Met Station that will be utilized at <br /> the TTFS. The unit provides sufficient data which includes; wind direction, wind <br /> speed, barometric pressure, relative humidity, and rainfall at intervals which can <br /> be set from I minute to I hour.
