,i <br /> sb <br /> 1.4 Responsible Parties - Environmental Consultants <br />- 1.4.1 LFR <br /> LFR will be conducting environmental sampling, maintaining the laboratory anaytical <br /> results database, coordinating the biological surveys, and coordinating with Sukut <br /> regarding burn pile excavation and waste characterization at the TTFS. Scheduled work <br /> will generally consist of the following activities: <br /> collecting soil samples during remediation activities; <br /> conducting biological surveys in accordance with the remedial action plan (RAP) <br /> 4- providing information to field staff regarding the biological resources at the site <br /> _r and appropriate conservation measures <br /> - collecting groundwater samples from the site wells on a Quarterly basis <br /> Work is anticipated to begin late August, 2003 and Quarterly monitoring is expected to <br /> last approximately twoyears. <br /> .' LFR Project Manager <br /> The Project Manager has the ultimate responsibility for the health and safety of LFR <br /> personnel at the Site. The Project Manager is responsible for: <br /> instructing LFR project personnel regarding the reQuirements of this HSP; <br /> 1 keeping on-site LFR personnel, including LFR subcontractors, informed of the <br /> expected hazards and appropriate protective measures at the Site; and, <br /> providing resources necessary for maintaining a safe and healthy work <br /> environment for LFR personnel. <br />_i LFR— James Eisert is the Project Manager. <br />-' 1.4.2 SB Environmental Services, LLC ]SBES] <br />:J <br /> SB Environmental Services, LLC [SBES], a subcontractor to LFR, will serve as the on site <br /> health and safety officer (HSO). The HSO will conduct air monitoring on a daily basis and <br /> will maintain a daily log of health and safety related topics.
