l <br />,..asb <br /> 5.0 Site Control Program <br /> 5.1 Site Maps <br /> } The proposed project site is located at 29425 South MacArthur Drive, approximately 3 miles <br /> south of Tracy in San ►oaQuin County, California. The site is situated in the southwestern part of <br /> San ►oaquin County, and lies approximately V2 north of Interstate 580 (1-580) and <br /> i approximately 6 miles north of the Interstate 5 (I-5) and 1-580 interchange. Regional access to <br /> > the project site is provided by Interstate 205 (1-205), 1-580, and 1-5. Local access to the project <br /> site is provided by State Route 132, Coral Hollow Road, West Linne Road, and South MacArthur <br /> Dive. These streets are considered designated truck routes in accordance with the City of Tracy <br /> Municipal Code 3.08.310. <br /> > All personnel will become familiarized with the following site maps so that safe work practices, <br /> emergency and/or evacuation plans can be implemented promptly. These maps are provided in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> `I Figure I - Site Vicinity Map <br /> Figure 2 - Site Location Map <br /> Figure 3 - Hospital Route Map <br /> 5.2 Security and Safety <br /> y Transportation activities during project operations will be restricted to a specified haul route. <br /> Trucks and equipment leaving the site will exit and head north on South MacArthur Drive. <br /> ' Vehicles will then take a left turn at West Linne Road, and then left on Coral Hollow Road. This <br />- route will lead vehicles back to 1-580. Access to the site from 1-580 will be traveled in the <br /> ;) reverse order. The project does involve a minor short-term increase in vehicle traffic to <br /> mobilize equipment to and from the site. The mobilization of eQuipment on-site will not <br /> significantly increase traffic levels on South MacArthur Drive. <br /> ,= Excavation and off-site transportation of burned material, ash, and visibly affected soil and <br /> waste soil will be conducted with off-site eQuipment. Excavated material will be transported off- <br /> site via trucks. Site work will be conducted within the boundaries of the project area. A <br /> significant increase in vehicle exhaust emissions from the short-term mobilization of eQuipment <br /> is not expected. The project will not adversely affect existing roadways or intersections nor will <br />, ) it require the construction of additional roads. The slight increase in short-term traffic will not <br /> significantly increase traffic, pedestrian or bicyclist hazards. <br /> A full-time Project Superintendent, experienced in heavy construction and safety is assigned to <br /> this project.
