VII. DOWNLOADING THE XRF <br /> computer and the XRF <br /> to the com <br /> 1. Connect the cable p <br /> (underneath the XRF front panel) . <br /> 2 . From the DOS prompt change the directory to "SPECTRAC" ; <br /> by typing "CD SPECT^_`-.CE" . '"`r <br /> 3 . " Data is now downloading. . . <br /> A characteristic sound should be heard when the data is <br /> completely downloaded. <br /> 'ROUBLE SHOOTING <br /> If the data transfer should fail, repeat steps 1 thru <br /> 4 ; the computer will ask if you want to overwrite <br /> your file: overwrite your file by selecting <br /> overwrite. The template is in the C: drive <br /> and labeled "XRFTABLE.WK311 . <br /> - Enter Lotus 1-2-3 and retrieve the XRFTABLE.WK3. <br /> Then from the main menu select "COMBINE" (choose <br /> "numbers") the XRFTABLE.WK3 with your data (is <br /> XRF4594 .PRN) . <br /> NOTE: Your file will probably be in the SPECTR•AC directory. <br /> 4.
