For further verification of the <br /> transformation of Pepsi-Stockton into Pepsi-San Joaquin, I <br /> call your attention to a Quit Claim Deed recorded in the San <br /> Joaquin County Recorder ' s Office dated February 14 , 1984 , <br /> which I have enclosed for your review. This Quit Claim Deed <br /> has no relation to the subject property, but indicates that <br /> the deed was being recorded for the purpose of correcting <br /> the name of Pepsi-Stockton to Pepsi-San Joaquin. I have <br /> enclosed all of the pertinent documentation substantiating <br /> the transformation of Pepsi-Stockton into Pepsi-San Joaquin <br /> for your reference. <br /> It is our understanding that Pepsi-San Joaquin was <br /> removed from the RP list on this site because of lack of <br /> evidence connecting them to Pepsi-Stockton.
