Immediately begin inspecting <br /> the system each time the system is operated, but no less than monthly, and maintain a log of the inspections, or <br /> submit a permit application to upgrade the UST system to meet Title 23 UST regulations. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635,2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket,failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> The diesel direct-bury spill bucket has a capacity less than five gallons. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately <br /> discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, <br /> trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced <br /> immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 21, 2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
