<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Hot water at mop sink is at 116F and hot water at prep sink in ambient air room is at 117F.
<br /> Provide hot and cold water at these sinks with hot water at a minimum of 120F.
<br /> Warm water at women's restroom hand sin faucets are 77F(left sink)and 79F(right side sink)and Men's restroom faucets
<br /> are 76F (left faucet)and 71 F(right side faucet).
