Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc:_ <br /> n <br /> 19 December 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 99-0646 <br /> Mr. Jeff Wong <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> MID VALLEY TRAILER SALES <br /> 2461 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Wong: <br /> At the request of Mr.Robert Reeder of Mid Valley Trailer Sales, Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc. <br /> (AGE)has performed a sensitive receptor survey as part of initial site characterization requirements <br /> under the California Code of Regulations-Title 23,Division 3,Chapter 16,Section 2654 for the site <br /> located at 2461 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California.The scope of work was to identify use and <br /> location of wells potentially affected by the release including municipal, domestic, irrigation or <br /> ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the site. Furthermore, a search was <br /> performed to locate septic systems that could potentially serve as a vertical conduit.The location of <br /> the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. Site structures are depicted <br /> on Figure 2. <br /> On 17 November 2000 Mr, Eric Mar of California Water Service Company (Cal-Water) was <br /> contacted by an AGE representative.According to Mr.Mar drinking water near the site is currently <br /> supplied and maintained by the City of Stockton municipal well system. The municipal wells in the <br /> site area are maintained by California Water Service Company(Cal-Water). During the telephone <br /> conversation Mr. Mar identified the following municipal wells within a 2,000 ft radius of the site: <br /> • Station 21 located on Sanguinetti Lane south of Alpine. <br /> • Station 78 located at Sanguinetti Lane and Stewart Street. <br /> 4005 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California 95205 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
