19 December 2000 AGE-NC Project No. 99-0646 Page 2 of 3 On 15 November 2000, an AGE representative conducted a search of well drillers reports at the California Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area. Driller's reports for water wells located within a 2000 ft -radius were found for the following: • One domestic well located at 1624 East Alpine. • Eight monitoring wells located at 1624 East Alpine. Copies of the well driller's reports are included in Appendix A; a summary of water wells located from the review of well driller's reports are included in Table 1 and depicted on Figure 1. On 17 November 2000, an AGE representative performed an area reconnaissance for visually observable potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site. During the reconnaissance a door-to-door survey was conducted of residential properties to locate domestic water wells. The following wells were observed: • One domestic well located at 2211 North Wilson Way. • Two monitoring wells located at 2401 North Wilson Way. • Municipal Well Station 77 located near West Lane and Alpine Avenue. • One domestic well located at 1977 Alpine Avenue • One domestic well located at 1915 Alpine Avenue • Ten of the monitoring wells located at 1624 Alpine Avenue • One domestic well (inactive) located at 1624 Alpine Avenue • One inactive air sparge system and a monitoring well at 1624 Alpine Avenue A summary of the wells identified during the reconnaissance is included in Table 1.
