19 December 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 99-0646 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> On 15 November 2000, an AGE representative conducted a search of well drillers reports at the <br /> California Department of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the <br /> surrounding area. Driller's reports for water wells located within a 2000 ft -radius were found for <br /> the following: <br /> • One domestic well located at 1624 East Alpine. <br /> • Eight monitoring wells located at 1624 East Alpine. <br /> Copies of the well driller's reports are included in Appendix A; a summary of water wells located <br /> from the review of well driller's reports are included in Table 1 and depicted on Figure 1. <br /> On 17 November 2000, an AGE representative performed an area reconnaissance for visually <br /> observable potential sensitive receptors located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site. During <br /> the reconnaissance a door-to-door survey was conducted of residential properties to locate domestic <br /> water wells. The following wells were observed: <br /> • One domestic well located at 2211 North Wilson Way. <br /> • Two monitoring wells located at 2401 North Wilson Way. <br /> • Municipal Well Station 77 located near West Lane and Alpine Avenue. <br /> • One domestic well located at 1977 Alpine Avenue <br /> • One domestic well located at 1915 Alpine Avenue <br /> • Ten of the monitoring wells located at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> • One domestic well (inactive) located at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> • One inactive air sparge system and a monitoring well at 1624 Alpine Avenue <br /> A summary of the wells identified during the reconnaissance is included in Table 1. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
